UK Delivery:

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2working days (during public holidays please allow a little longer).

• We use Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ for delivery, meaning deliveries should be with you within 2 working days (unfortunately on occasion this can take a little longer, but tends not to).

• The cost of P&P for one glass is £4.50, two is £5 and three + is £5.50.

• For P&P cost of other items, please see price at checkout (you will be shown the price before committing to your purchase).

Deliver outside of the UK:

I am extremely happy to be able to offer international postage, and love seeing my glasses used all over the world! But before you place an international order (outside of the UK) please be aware of the following:

• Shipping prices are calculated at checkout, so please put your order in your basket and go to checkout to see the postage cost (prices will be shown before you commit to payment).

• All international orders, including from the EU, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Royal Mail state “Customers may have to pay import VAT and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can receive their parcel from our delivery partner.” Unfortunately, this can also cause delays. The Craft Diaries have no control over this when selling via this website and you will be responsible for paying any fees before receiving your goods.

• If you would like to avoid the uncertainty of taxes and fees when ordering a glass from the EU, you can buy The Craft Diaries glasses on Etsy, where you will be charged your local VAT upfront. If you would like to do this, please visit: https://thecraftdiaries.etsy.com

• We use Royal Mail for postage. Their “delivery aim” to the EU is 3-5 working days, worldwide is 6-7 working days. Please be aware this is not a guarantee, and unfortunately it often takes a bit longer (and on occasion substantially longer). I am yet to have a parcel go missing, but they can take time. Orders are not considered as a ‘lost parcel’ until 20 working days after the delivery aim date. So please be patient, we do everything we can to get orders to you as swiftly and cost effectively (for you, the customer) as possible, but sadly can’t chase Royal Mail to speed it up.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the item being delivered to you.

• Unfortunately, as a small business we can’t offer free returns. Consumers are responsible for the cost.

• Please contact sales@thecraftdiaries.co.uk for return address details.

• We recommend you send returned tracked, as any lost items will not be able to be refunded.

• Please include a note within your return with your name and order number

• Full refund (excluding delivery fee) will be given once the item is returned unused and unworn.
